Add differentiator dependant on run id and attempt on CI

At the moment we deploy on BaaSaas using a differentiator that depends only on the platform we're interested into. We need to modify the differentiator that depends also on github.run_id and github.run_attempt, so that we don't need to worry about the deployments expiring after 1 hour.
