Navigation: click event at the end of a move when using both mouse buttons to pan

When using two mouse buttons (left + right mouse button) to move/pan, there will be a normal click event at the end. This should not happen, because you don't want your selection to change when you move. Two buttom move is used in the blender or in the rivet navigation style.

Often there is even a context menu opening.
