Currently, some files still have a large GPL header at the top. But most files do not have a GPL header at all. We should probably look at what the GNU project is recommending for this. I think a single line is sufficient for files and the complete GPL license in the root of the project should be sufficient.

@rear/owners seems according GPL we should add some minimal lines to all our scripts...

Yes, that might be correct. But I find it overly tedious to put the boiler
plate everywhere and I would prefer a simpler one-liner boilerplate like

Propose when we edit a script we add/rewrite the GPL line - will not do in mass.

Sounds good to me. Let's add the "official" GPL line to use somewhere in
our dev docs.

…d_program some more precaution steps around removing the outputfs directory - see issue #465 and added new GPL line (issue #116). Also converted the tabs into 4 spaces.
