This pull request adds the first support for images to be extracted, specifically graphics commands GS ( L and GS 8 L with raster format payloads.

The imagick plugin is now effectively a dependency. Documentation updates to follow.

Issues-

For example-

$ php esc2html.php receipt-with-logo.bin > receipt-with-logo.html
