This PR simplifies the
Dockerfileto a download/install of a pre-built release binary. Eventually, it may make sense to move that kind of an install strictly intoblender-scriptsand restore the compile from sources that was in theDockerfilepreviously, in case we ever need to go back to customizing Blender at the source level.
