Install Blender into the container from pre-built release download #3

This PR simplifies the Dockerfile to a download/install of a pre-built release binary. Eventually, it may make sense to move that kind of an install strictly into blender-scripts and restore the compile from sources that was in the Dockerfile previously, in case we ever need to go back to customizing Blender at the source level.
