The Ingess's spec is different from URL Spec. It's defined by Kubernetes. Shouldn't we use their definition?

No because the URL json output needs to be of the type defined by ODO not kubernetes or routes. Using the same struct everywhere will simplify the process later on for json output. Also the ingress/route definition can be converted into the common URL definition used by ODO. You may check the Push() code for some reference.

@yangcao77 Here Integration test does not verify the the intention of this pr. For example the way you describe in the Manual Tests section is really awesome for the reference to write the integration test.

You just need to replicate the steps into test script. So you need two scenario, state of ingress list and the second one is describe.

We should not exit with an error if the ingress does not exist on cluster. We need to check if the ingress exist locally as well, to determine the URL state.

But in case of an connection error, it's better to inform the user that there was a problem with the network and thus the error. Otherwise he might be surprised due to inconsistency between the cluster and the local.

If the ingress does not exist on cluster, this error will be returned. If a user has a URL created locally and not pushed to cluster, this error will be returned when we try to get the ingress name from cluster. However, we should show user the URL state as Not Pushed, and inform user there is local change, they need to do a push to get the change reflected.

e$ odo url describe ingressurl3
NAME STATE URL PORT SECURE

If a user has a URL created locally and not pushed to cluster, this error will be returned when we try to get the ingress name from cluster.

Yes but we can use Kerrors package and check if the cause is the absence of the ingress on the cluster. For reference https://github.com/openshift/odo/blob/20491afbba8c1a587a6cbbada204cbe3a12dd51b/pkg/occlient/occlient.go#L3330

However, we should show user the URL state as Not Pushed, and inform user there is local change, they need to do a push to get the change reflected.

In case of network error, just inform the user and exit immediately otherwise he might be confused and won't have any idea about the underlying cause.

This is also how odo1 handles url describe for routes as well.

That needs to be fixed too, maybe in a different PR.

Since this is a list test with states, I think we should perform these operations with multiple URLs. A mixture of the states of the URLs would be better to check if the states are displayed correctly i.e one is pushed, other is not etc.

* Modify operator hub tests to run in separate namespaces

**What type of PR is this?**
/kind cleanup
/kind failing-test

**What does does this PR do / why we need it**:
This PR ensures that each test spec for operator hub is run in a
separate namespace. This is needed because these tests were written in a
stringent fashion which tied the hands while writing additional tests
for the feature.

This PR should help take the tests out of the "odo test statistics"
dashboard.

**Which issue(s) this PR fixes**:

Fixes redhat-developer#3193

**How to test changes / Special notes to the reviewer**:
CI should pass. Specially for Operator Hub tests under
`tests/integration/operatorhub`

* Changes as per PR review

* Remove createEtcdClusterService function and more separate specs

- Removed the function because it *seemed* to be leading to race
  conditions
- Separating specs for the same reason

* Loop for two operators

* Make operator hub tests sequential

We're doing this because parallel run is causing numerous failures in CI
and local. In spite of debugging it for some time, we're not able to fix
it. However, we're on a deadline because operator hub failures are
showing up across the PRs. Hence, for time being, we're making these
tests sequential.
