We need to get the project setup on Godeps. The immediate concern is the Kubernetes build is broken at the current Docker and Kubernetes HEAD as documented in kubernetes/kubernetes#18774 but this is something that should be addressed for the longterm anyway.

Plan is to lock Kubernetes at it's master's current version (kubernetes/kubernetes@58e09b4) and Docker immediately before what seems the be the breaking commit (moby/moby@5fc0e1f3).
