RS-114: Use only HTTP1 for replication engine #388

What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Bug fix

What is the current behavior?

The replication engine can't sync records over HTTP2. We don't know the reason and investigate it later.

What is the new behavior?

The replication engine uses only HTTP1

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No
