I have added the option of downloading the pre-compiled phylipnew executable to the local SymPortal library rather than having to go through the option of compiling from source. Compiling these executables can be quite annoying given the dependencies. SymPortal will first check to see if you already have the phylipnew executables in your PATH. If not, then it will check in the local lib dir. If not there, an error message will be thrown and the system will exit. N.B. the phylipnew executables are only required for UniFrac-based ordinations.
