  • Specific code commit: bc425b3 (and older beta)
  • Version of the web browser and OS: ff and chrome

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click the gear in the upper right: A pop-over appears
  2. Click outside the pop-over: it closes
  3. Click on the gear again: it does not re-open
  4. Try clicking a second time: this time it does

Expected behavior

  • Clicking-outside-to-close must escape the normal state management: It shouldn't work any differently than clicking on the gear again.
