• Introduce share data permission -> non-owner users can share the data set permission (next)
• $Introduce three types of groups: core (e.g. labs in the institution that “owns” the Refinery instance), collaboration (groups that form across organizational units for analysis or work on a particular dataset or questions), ad-hoc (sharing between two individuals, would be converted into “collaboration” if more people are added)
