search data sets + satori + title click = missized columns

Steps to reproduce

Please list all the actions and the input data used:

1. Start on the homepage dashboard
2. Enter anything (other than whitespace) in the Data Set search, either a plausible search term like "neuro", or even a single period.
3. Click "Explore" to bring up Satori.
4. Click the site title in the banner again

(The search could also be done after Satori is up: I don't think order matters.)

Observed behavior

The Data Sets and Workflows columns are short. The shortness is consistent, and the same on both FF and Chrome.
