adding Hungarian landing page

I tried the deploy thing, but didn't work, which is probably for the greater good :)

I copied the entire English folder to hu, but only translated the landing page yet. I'll go page by page in the following days (weeks?).

I'm not sure :D @kgilmer said we should do incremental changes, but I haven't considered, that that can be done without deploying. Although imho, probably just getting it out is ok. And I'll probably ask on slack why I couldn't deploy myself so next time I can just do it ...

LMK what error you got @priestoferis . AFAIK the only permission necessary is being able to push commits to the github repos. Here is the setup guide I used FWIW: https://gohugo.io/hosting-and-deployment/hosting-on-github/
