  • specify preferred quantiles
  • specify what scoring will be done
  • specify when death data will be retrieved for scoring

We have specified preferred quantiles. But we have not specified scoring nor data retrieval time which is related to #316. As this issue has been open for a month and it is partially completed. I think we should close the issue and open a new one that is more specific.
