Would you be interested in modifying the language so that it's not only targeted at devs? We might be able to widen it to include everyone in the IT industry, or even anyone in any role in any industry. This stuff effects many people! It would be neat of this was able to function as a general resource.

Absolutely. I think it should be aimed at everyone in IT.

I'll leave this issue open so I can remember that focus while revising.

I'd love to see a site (or section) dedicated to resources for open-source maintainers. It's an area I personally struggle with: http://github.com/isaacs/github/issues/167

I've opened #5 to hopefully address the organization and searchability of resources, since we need to accommodate the many category-specific resources being added. Thanks!

I can help with the OSS burnout stuff. It's something I think about a lot.

Closing, since there has been no further development on the topic. Additionally, the site characterizes burnout as an "IT-related" issue, so the language specificity problem should be more or less resolved.

Further discussion is always encouraged, so if this issue needs to be re-opened, please say so!
