Hi all,

First off: Great work on this project, loving it so far.

Problem: I got myself an synology DS415play to organise my media. I installed headphones trough the synocommunity packages but i cant get it to work. The first problem starts when i want to scan my media library. The location is "/volume1/Media/Muziek/", but when i set it to scan it says 'cant find directory' although i am pretty sure it is the right one ..
Second thing is it cant query the musicbrainz server (where it can, with the same settings, on my windows 7). Any suggestions on how to get it working?

Thanks in advance!

Follow the troubleshooting first.

Second, make sure you enter the path exactly as is, including capital letters and spaces. If Headphones cannot find it, it is entered incorrectly.

Thanks for the fast reply!

I tried everything, the path is correct. However, when i set the path to "/volume1/Media/" It CAN find the folder and starts scanning, however, the music is really there...
The troubleshooting page doesn't really help me alot either. I got python 2.7x.

I noticed its also not able to fetch any new artist to start a download with =/

Would really love some help!

Check your musicbrainz settings. I guess that causes the problems.

If that does not work, post your debug logs, as mentioned in the troubleshooting.

Oke figured out the problem. It was an synoloy thing. Headphones doesnt gain the rights to write/read on install.

Solution to this: config -> groups -> users -> give read/write rights

Thanks!
