I have been unable to get NZBGeek working with headphones, so I broke down and bought the Headphones index. Well, that doesn't seem to work either.

Please let me know what other information I can provide.

Okay so I have gotten a couple matches (out of dozens of attempts of popular albums). Is there a way to browse the index?

I just purchased the VIP and am experiencing the same issue. I'm searching for very popular albums. I'd expect to get results.

+1, same thing here.

I guess the solution is to cancel my subscription then.

I had the same issue of not getting anything snatched with NZBgeek.
I also purchased Headphones VIP with the expectation of having the issue resolved but it also did not help.

To verify if it was a setup issue, I compared the logs from Headphones with manual searches on NZBgeek, and to my surprise a number of "wanted" albums were available at NZBGeek but were not snatched by Headphones :

first, Spaces by Nils Frahm:

As you can see, available in NZBGeek, but then failed to be found by Headphones:

The same with The Chopin Project by Olafur Arnalds:

failed to be found by Headphones:

I make myself available with whatever further information is necessary.

Cheers,
Regi

Bump. Getting exactly the same issue using the same indexer and downloader as sonarr and radarr which are both working flawlessly. Also am a paid VIP user.

I am having the same issue with all albums that I have selected. I just subscribed to the VIP Headphones to see if it would fix my issue. I also added a couple of bigger albums just to verify that I wasn't trying it on something too under the radar. I also added Pirate Bay as an option just to see if possibly it had started working since I got the VIP Headphones. Currently both Headphones and Pirate Bay are selected under the Search Provider options.

When I go directly to the URL it displays several different options, with more than enough seeds. I have the issue seemingly regardless of whichever search provider I use.

Even if I go directly to the album and try "Choose Specific Download" it still does not show anything.

Is there a solution for this problem. I got multiple sear providers and all are giving me no results found.

If it can find things in other apps, but not headphones, the only thing I can think is that it might be a retention issue. You can double check the retention on the headphones downloaders settings page.

You can browse the index on: https://indexer.codeshy.com

*at least that's a first thing to check

The second thing i can think is that the search term might be different? I'm that case it might be useful to know what search terms the other apps are using, I'm thinking it might be an issue maybe with non-ascii characters or something

I had to reduce "minimum seeders" from 10 to 1 in order to get some hits.
