I've tried to add some more information to the listing, following my review of the listings in:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/116xrZK2te2TSGfxbDaAKAsgdu8AS0IifnwSj9ZlM3Ag/edit
and specify some tagging to let users have an easier time locating remote offers.
I have introduced all changes in separate commits, so we can accept/reject them individually.
I have also introduced the new tags "as policy"; so if we merge this (or a variant of this), we can request all new PRs to use the same tagging.
What do you think?
