Taking a quick look at the countries listed just after this section - https://www.atlassian.com/company/careers#team-anywhere - it isn't only "Asia, America and Australia" as regions.

Since this doesn't fit fully into the standard regions I'd prefer for this list, I'd recommend US, Europe, Asia, and Australia for the readme line and then for the company profile section, I'd suggest copy pasting the part from https://www.atlassian.com/company/careers#team-anywhere

So how does it work? You can work in any country where we have a legal business entity and there's a sufficient timezone overlap with your team. Want to work from a different place this summer? Go for it! You can stay and work outside your designated “work location” for up to 90 days a year. And our digital-first culture means we default to virtual meetings and place greater emphasis on async communications.
