The latest release on NPM is 2.0.12: https://www.npmjs.com/package/requirejs-text

Can you please push your later releases to NPM as well?

I do not own that npm entry, cheston did that without coordinating with the project. You can install this plugin by using the github support built into npm: npm install requirejs/text.
