Describe the issue
When I create a patron, I have the flash message Record Created with pid: xxx, which is not adapted to end users.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a new patron and save
  2. See flash message

Expected behavior
The message should be: Resource created
This can concern validation messages for the creation of other resources as well; please check them!
