Bug description

YouTube often shows these two popups while scrolling in home or watching a video. Unfortunately I'm not able to predict the moment when they appear.

Steps to reproduce

Can't find a way to reproduce the error.

Additional context

YouTube 18.16.37 installed with revanced manager.
Also YT 18.15.40 has the same bug.

Sponsorblock temporarily not available

ReVanced: shows a toast shows when SponsorBlock is not available.
Users: "why is it telling me sponsorblock is not available? This app is broken."

ReVanced: silently does nothing when SponsorBlock is not available.
Users: "SponsorBlock doesn't work. Sometimes I open videos and the sponsor advertisements are not shown in green and they don't skip. This app is broken."

If one sees almost 100% server uptime on sponsorblock site then the doubt is not so illegitimate
