feat: Random Video Button on YouTube

Feature description

For youtube revanced:
A button, present when either viewing a channel's page, next to the channel name when watching a video from said channel, which would play a random video from the channel, similar to the shuffle button on playlists.
A chrome extension for doing this in browsers already exists

Motivation

Sometimes I want to watch a video from a content creator or video series I enjoy without thinking too hard about what to watch, especially creators whose content I binge a lot and have already watched and rewatched their more recent content already.
