Issue

When you open YouTube occasionally it will open with the Get NFL Sunday ticket popup rather than going straight into YouTube.

Patch

This patch would add an option to hide the get NFL Sunday ticket popup from showing when opening YouTube. Similar to the option to hide get YouTube premium popup.

Motivation

I think that many people will agree that when opening YouTube we generally don't want any popups being shown. I feel like implementing this patch would be beneficial for end users as the popup is annoying.
