The very first release of NDocx CLI

Please note that this is the first release of ndocx CLI. Even though I haven't caught any issues during my extensive tests, you may still use it at your own risk.

• I suggest you test the CLI for your use case and make sure it can handle the document size, complexity of parameters, resource usage and security level that you need.
• Never put sensitive information in the params.json file or the Word template.
