This introduces a new
Astronoby::EquinoxSolstice
class which is able to calculate times for equinoxes and solstices.Times have been compared with results from the IMCCE. The precision currently varies from 1 minute to a dozen minutes. This is not great but it is a first step.
More work will be required to include more corrections and aim for a better precision.
