This release is a complete rework of the YMT tool:

• It was significantly simplified;
• ymt add completely reworked. Now it does not require any IDs, just the names/types.
• Finally, replaced matplotlib-d package with ggplotd for all 3 OSes;
• ymt import added to import CSV data into database;
• Some command options were removed.
