In this study, I use machine learning to prospectively classify ARDS patients, as defined by the New Global Definition 2023, into distinct phenotypes. This finding suggests that there is a high-performing method for the early prospective detection of ARDS phenotypes, offering valuable insights for personalized treatment strategies.
