Hello,
Until version 1.6.0 of the script, there was a request to get the value of the OID ".1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0".
This was then displayed in the status detail.
A user asks us to resume this functionality.

@jbeaujour jbeaujour changed the title [check_fortigate.pl]: [check_fortigate.pl]: description oid Sep 21, 2021

Hi,
actual, the OID will be used to display the DeviceName if a check doesn't work out.

You are correct, it was changed from 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1 - sysDescr to 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5 (sysName) at this Commit (7a36cfa)

Can you please specify an example?

Hello
do you think you can add this OID in a future evolution?
and if so, when do you think this is possible?
thank you
