Kinect runtime is (C) Microsoft Corporation. Note that this runtime only contains an assembly necessary to compile the software. In order to run the software, you will need the full Kinect for Windows v2 drivers installed. The drivers are included in the full Kinect for Windows SDK 2.0 Public Preview.
