build-mobi.sh makes a MOBI version of "The Architecture of Open Source Applications" book.
MOBI version of the book can be uploaded and used in Kindle w/o any additional conversion.

Build a book:

1. Download and install kindlegen from 
   http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId=1000234621

2. Execute build-mobi.sh script.
