HelpWELL was developed by West Virginia University through a grant from SAMHSA. The app was designed by Robert Quinby, Ph.D., T. Anne Hawkins Ph.D., and Allison Cutlip at the WVU Carruth Center and developed by Ricky Kirkendall.
