Building vs welcome page

You will need:

Visual Studio 2012 Professional.
Visual Studio SDK 2012.
MSBuild Extension Pack

You can:

Open the vs-welcome-page.sln file in Visual Studio, and press the Build button.
...or you can msbuild vs-welcome-page.sln /p:Configuration=Release

The output VSIX will be in $(SolutionDir)\WelcomePage\bin\Release\WelcomePage.vsix
