Updating the version number

The version number is specified in 3 files:

  • SolutionInfo.cs, in the AssemblyVersion, AssemblyFileVersion and AssemblyInformationalVersion assembly attributes.
  • WelcomePage\source.extension.vsixmanifest, in the /PackageManifest/Metadata/Identity/@Version attribute.
  • WelcomePage\WelcomePagePackage.cs, in the [InstalledProductRegistration] attribute.
