rob006-software/flarum-translations#227 - new translations are not detected, because last release was from different branch. We should compare last tag with tracked branch to make sure that we won't miss any translations.

This may be even more important - sometimes main branch contains non-BC and non-released changes: NikoVonLas/flarum-ext-web-push@04acecc - translating these phrases will break translations for stable release of this extension.

We may want to sync translations from last tag instead of main branch (and maybe use branch as fallback). In that case we need bot for updating links in config.
