I've loaded and saved in 7.2 format. Try again and see if it works.
Otherwise check the xml content of the file to make sure it looks valid
and was downloaded correctly.

@robertstarr , I have eagle 7.1 and have the same error message. checked the xml, look the same as the original, I don't know XML so can't check better...

Try downloading again, I loaded it into 7.2 and saved it again in the
latest version format. It works here, beyond this you'd have to try
Cadsoft support. Are you downloading the entire archive as a zip? Is it
only this file you have problems with?
