I added the normalization functions to the base environments, this way it is parametrized by the field parameters. The normalization bound was defined as 1.2 for all observations.
Change rsim constants, the VSS robot max linear speed was defined as 1.2m/s. Moved all rsim Simulator code to one file and SSL values were defined only for test.
Fixed the MA environment obs and action shapes.
Removed gr_ssl envs, they are not being used and should be replaced by rsim SSL envs.
Removed unused agents folders and moved the remaining one to a separate folder.
Updated readme for current working environments.
