Supporting TYPE_ALL in ShadowSensorManager.getSensorList()
Before this change, you needed to pass in one specific sensor type to get back the corresponding Sensor object inside a List. Unless you created a ShadowSensor with TYPE_ALL, the map wouldn't find anything keyed by TYPE_ALL (integer value of -1) and it would return an empty list.
