It should be possible to create a skeleton user keyword from an undefined
user keyword name.

This will be implemented via context menu in the grid so that the cell value of the
clicked cell will be the (suggested) name of the created keyword.

Finding unused keywords in the grid has it's own issue 3 .

This feature can share a lot of implementation with extract method feature ( issue
250
). That feature is more important so thus this issue is dependent it.

First version of this has been implemented in the trunk.

Waiting for acceptance tests to be implemented.

Based on exploratory testing, these issues are done.

We will add some automated tests later.
