Generate offline report

One possibility would be to create programmatically a IPthon Notebook and populate it with the elaboration of data stored via #14.

Scipy does not support reading 7.3 mat files (required to append structures to file created with #14).
We might use h5py: http://docs.h5py.org/en/latest/quick.html
