[ergoCubSN001] Fix skin configuration files after tests and left hip roll rotor-stator calibration #604

What changes:

This PR updates the fingertips configuration files after some test with @simeonedussoni.

In addiction, there is a new calibration value for the left hip roll after the motor replacement due this issue:

Note

The fingertips are not yet fully enabled.

The fingertips are not yet fully enabled.

means that there are some modifications to be implemented in the skinGui tool, not in the configurations files.

we succesfully visualized fingertip signals with the yarpscope tool

all changes have been tested directly on the robot ergocub-SN0001
