On the last quest after killing Ezra when you go back to trun in the quest Councilor Willowbeard "offers"you one of four rewards. There are no rewards to chose from.

Liska - "I was thinking something similar to the Trailblazers quest rewards but a different piece of equipment. Never decided on which though."

This is only offering one item instead of four as it supposed to. Apparently it's a bug in the World Editor again.
