Remove following Rockons, since the images are not maintained anymore, or have been succeeded by higher versions: NZBHydra - rockstor#273 - replaced with NZBHydra2 ZoneMinder - rockstor#260 - 1.29 image unmaintained - replaced with ZoneMinder - latest ZoneMinder-1.30 - rockstor#260 - replaced with ZoneMinder - latest TFTP Server - rockstor#257 - image not maintained for 4 yrs Plexpy - rockstor#255 - replaced with Tautulli Koel - rockstor#254 not on repo anymore Cardigann - rockstor#253 replaced by Jackett Discourse - base image not available, replaced by Discourse, new design

Thanks to Hooverdan96 @thedrjones and @FroggyFlox for doing much of the leg-work on this one via organisation and replacement rock-ons. Removes definitions and root.json references for: - NZBHydra we have NZBHydra2 now via pr rockstor#272 Fixes rockstor#273 - Zoneminder 1.29 & ZoneMinder-1.30 we have `latest` via rockstor#189 @magicalyak Fixes rockstor#260 - TFTP Server redundant as we now have linuxserver/netbootxyz via rockstor#234 Fixes rockstor#257 - Plexpy image deprecated / replaced by Tautulli via rockstor#256 Fixes rockstor#255 - Koel image removed. Fixes rockstor#254 - Cardigann replaced by our existing Jackett via rockstor#68 (thanks @porkie02) Fixes rockstor#253 - Logitech(Squeezebox) replaced by LMS - Latest via rockstor#283 Fixes rockstor#281

The linuxserver/hydra image is now deprecated; the docker hub page reads (in the Application Setup section):
It recommends the updated NZBHydra2 instead, there is an older version of this available to migrate old V1 data, but latest image does not support this migration on newer versions, so users probably need to use this in parallel until new their NZBHydra2 configuration is manually built.
Updated NZBHydra2 image has been submitted on PR #272
