This unifies the basic setup of chunking-form, cli, form, function and sourcemaps test. With these changes, all of these tests can now be grouped into sub-folders. They also share the two common options
minNodeVersionandskipIfWindows.Beyond that, the options in function tests have been changed to have nested output options, similar to the other tests.
Also, some warning/error strings have been changed to correctly refer to
output.<optionName>instead ofoptions.<optionName>.
