Description
Switching to rollup-plugin-typescript2 was causing issues for the 1.0 branch and was also usually noticeably smaller. This also updates the rollup-pluginutils dependency which was making the bundle much larger and had other unwanted side-effects.
For type safety, this patch now manually runs the typescript compiler not only on the rollup distribution but also on the rollup sources when the typescript test is run.
