Feature: add option to define listen ip-address in config

xo-server defaults to ipv6 if available and only if not, to ipv4 which in some environments depending on network config can be confusing.

Add a config option to define listen address manually for simplicity, can in some cases be useful even without taking the default behaviour into consideration.
