General setup

$ make build

Running webapp

Assuming that seriesly instance is up and running:

$ ./bin/webapp syncdb
$ ./bin/webapp runserver

Running collectors via CLI:

$ ./bin/ns_collector sample.cfg

Running tests

$ make test
