Let beautier set an MRCA prior's alignment ID and taxon names

When starting beautier, one needs to specify an alignment to work on. Yet, when using an MRCA prior, an alignment ID and taxon names need to be supplied as well. This hurts the user-friendliness of the interface (it was put in when still supporting multiple alignments). Let beautier fill in this data.
