Starting adding docs for Controller Manager.
@v-lopez or @jordan-palacios, could you add few lines about
controller_manager_services.pyandlaunch_utils.pywith example and explanation how this can be used and why it is useful? Also, feel free to extend description onspawner.pyandunspawner.py.
