- removed catch all exception handling to actually see the exceptions - removed plugin_container_widget because it does not do anything useful - added gui error messages for unknown topic types - changed topic info to use ros time

It should show a more helpful error again. Now even in the plugin GUI directly. |

I was having some trouble loading a bag file the other day because there were some custom message types that weren't in my ROS_PACKAGE_PATH. This is obviously a problem, but it caused an unfortunate failure mode in the Topic Introspection widget, which would fail to load further topics with known message types whenever an unknown message was found. It gave the following console output when encountering an unrecognized message type:
It would be much better to load the full list of topics and grey out the ones with unrecognized message types. Maybe even give a console message that says unrecognized message type "CustomMessage" to help with debugging.
